Frequently asked

When is payment due?
A small deposit secures your move date. The balance is due on completion of services on move day, or earlier if billed via your secure payment link.
Do you charge a card processing fee?
No surcharges. The price you're quoted is the price you pay — payment method does not change the total.
Can I split payments across two cards?
Yes. Call our billing team and we'll run a split charge or send two separate secure links.
I lost my invoice — can you resend it?
Email hello@nation-movers.com with your name and move date and we'll resend the invoice and a fresh payment link within one business hour.
